Embassy Opening Hours

The Embassy is open to the public Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 12noon and by appointment from 1pm to 4.30pm

Post/Courier Guidelines

Vietnam

Passport applications can be submitted in person or sent by post/courier to the Embassy in Hanoi.  The embassy strongly recommends using a courier service to ensure the safe arrival of documents.

Cambodia / Laos

If you are submitting an application from Cambodia or Laos the embassy strongly recommends you use a courier service to ensure the safe arrival of your documents.  When making payment, you should also include a courier fee of 30 Euro for the return of the passport and any original supporting documents.

Payment can be made in either Vietnamese Dong or Euro. If you are paying in Vietnamese Dong, the current Euro exchange rate will be confirmed at the time of payment.
