Consular Fees

We provide you with information on consular services fees

Fees are charged for certain consular services such as issuing passports and visas, foreign birth registrations, authentication of documents and administering oaths. These fees are fixed by the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade by way of Statutory Instrument issued under Section 3 of the Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Provision of Services) Act, 1993.

Please note that the fees charged for some diplomatic and consular services have increased since 1 January 2014. For an exhaustive list of fees, please see the full list of current consular fees.
