Irish Films at aGLIFF International Film Festival
News
21 August 2019In addition to marching in Austin’s Pride Parade earlier this month, we’re continuing to celebrate Ireland’s commitment to the promotion and protection of the rights of LGBTQ+ individuals by supporting the screening of the Irish co-produced and co-financed film, ‘Vita & Virginia,’ at the Austin Gay and Lesbian International Film Festival (aGLIFF). We are also delighted to be supporting the screenings of two Irish short films, ‘Breast Friends’ and ‘Cat Calls’, from the GAZE LGBT Film Festival which takes place in Ireland every summer.
We are grateful to the Irish Film Institute, the GAZE LGBT Film Festival, Culture Ireland, and the Arts Council of Ireland who partnered with us to bring you these exciting films. We hope to see you at Alamo Drafthouse South Lamar on 22-25 August, 2019.
