Out of Hours Emergency Service for Irish Citizens
The Embassy of Ireland in Ljubljana operates an out-of-hours service for Irish citizens who require emergency assistance. If you need emergency assistance outside of normal working hours, call the Embassy on +386 1 300 8970. The mobile telephone number of the officer on duty will be available on the answering machine.
The duty officer will require the following relevant information:
- Your name, last name and date of birth
- The nature of your problem
- Where are you now
- You contact details (mobile phone number or phone number of where you're staying).
The out-of-hours service is strictly for genuine emergencies only. Queries or requests that can wait until normal working hours will not be entertained.
